Our AI-Powered Revolution
I started my career as an apprentice electrician. For two years, I watched my foreman — one of the best in the field — struggle with responsibilities that went far beyond the job site. Estimating, bidding, and project management constantly pulled him away from what he did best: the work itself.
When I moved into project management, I faced the same challenge firsthand. Whether I used Bluebeam, Excel, or even pen and paper, creating estimates took hours — sometimes days. And estimating wasn't my only responsibility.
That's why I built Orys. I wanted to take one of the hardest office jobs in electrical contracting and make it faster, easier, and more accurate. Our AI automates estimating so contractors can focus on running their projects and growing their companies — not wasting time stuck on spreadsheets.
